You already hold the wisdom and insight you need to grow. But it’s hard to access that wisdom when you are tangled in the stories you have been told about who you should be.
As an immigrant woman of color, I understand firsthand how complex and layered our identities are, and how this can leave us feeling weighed down by all kinds of “shoulds” and “not good enoughs.”
What I’ve seen in my over two decades of experience as a coach and psychologist is that real transformation happens when we meet ourselves with curiosity and compassion.
Curiosity helps us reconnect with the parts of ourselves we have suppressed, creating space to rediscover who we truly are so we reclaim the freedom, confidence and ease that we deserve.
Compassion allows us to gently explore and respond to the stories and pressures that hold us down, without judgment.

The coaching process
Transform Your Challenges
In our weekly coaching sessions, we will work together to help you develop a different relationship with the challenges that feel most alive and overwhelming to you – the anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or the exhaustion you feel in trying to keep up, so they are no longer things to avoid or design your life around.
Safe Space for Growth
Within the private and safe container of our coaching work, I will guide you to practice new ways of coping and thriving so you are empowered to confidently apply them out in the world.
Integration and Progress
Between sessions, you'll integrate your learning through reflection, intentional practice, and ongoing support via text or voice message. Week by week, you'll be encouraged to observe the shifts: what's challenging, what's working, and what you're discovering about yourself along the way.
Reclaiming Your Inner Strength
This process isn’t about fixing yourself. it’s about reclaiming the clarity, confidence, and ease that have always been within you.
Our work is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the parts that feel messy, uncertain, or stuck.

The Details
Your Coaching Investment
Our coaching journey begins with a three-month program that includes 12 weekly 90-minute virtual sessions, with consistent support between sessions via text or voice message (about 20 hours total).
Investment
The investment for this three-month program is $3,600 USD. Secure payments can be made through Zelle. This investment empowers you to create lasting change, cultivate inner resilience, and design a life aligned with your true self.
To maximize your commitment to growth, a single payment is encouraged. However, flexible payment plans are available upon request.
